Comprehensive Order Processing

REC has a simple-to-use order processing system for you to mange your orders, full or part shipments, returns and payment processing. You can print invoices which double up as despatch notes and can also show a summary of your returns policy. 

Customers are automatically notified via email when they place an order and can access their orders and print their own invoice copies. They can also track their orders via their own customer home page, plus manage their billing and delivery addresses and personal information. Changes in order status can be set to automatically email the customer. You can also add individual order notes and email those to the client automatically if you wish.
