This was a new start up online shop and we were engaged to set an ecommerce strategy, design and implement our online shop system and to manage an ongoing internet marketing campaign. Working closely with Nigel at Giant Strides, we went live on time and on budget with the new site in October 2009 and sales started to come in immediately, with November and December outperforming each successive month. Nigel Gardner, owner of Giant Strides says: Over many years I have contracted many I.T. Companies and consultants and almost without fail, they under deliver, over charge and whenever questioned respond in a language completely foreign to anyone outside of the I.T. profession. And so against this backdrop I was introduced to Neil and his team at Really Easy Cart who I was advised could help me in a new project retailing children’s footwear through the internet. I was promised a user friendly website, designed by them, which would incorporate a comprehensive yet simple administration system which I would be able to operate myself, full support from Really Easy Cart , and advice and assistance on internet marketing.
Unfortunately, it is rare in the world we live in that Companies live up to; either their customer’s expectations or their own service promises and Really Easy Cart are no exception!
It is to the credit of Neil and his team that they have surpassed both my expectations and their own service promises. Not only did they deliver a user friendly website on time and on budget, they work with me on any changes I may require whether technical or aesthetic in nature, in a prompt and professional manner and in many cases they have added functionality to my site of their own accord.
If we find any errors in the system these are dealt with as a priority and corrections usually made within hours. The staff are approachable and always return telephone calls and emails even in the evenings or over the weekend.
I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Really Easy Cart to anyone requiring their skills and I have no doubt you will, like me be amazed that you have finally found an I.T. Company that does what it says it will, when it say it will and in a language you will understand.
